Louis J. Martin, President

Mr. Martin has more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial office furniture industry. He was first employed as a mechanic with an installation company where he acquired the knowledge that would ignite his career. Lou next accepted a position with a dealer as National Account Manager, a role in which he excelled. He later became a District Sales Manager in NYC and the Tri-State area for a global manufacturer. His broad range of experience within all 3 sectors spans everything from small offices to multiple floors of open-plan systems. Some of Lou’s key accounts included NBC, Time Inc., and Citibank. Lou possesses exceptional management skills and his methodical approach to every project is solution-driven. In his role of President at CRS Installations, Mr. Martin leads the business development effort and he manages every aspect of sales and operations. Lou has been active, both locally and nationally, with memberships in CSI (Construction Specifications Institute), AIA (American Institute of Architects), IFMA (International Facility Management Association), and AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).


James Scott, VP Field Operations

Mr. Scott has more than 25 years of experience providing a broad range of commercial furniture services to corporations in NYC and the Tri-State area. As founder and president of Genesis Office Services, he managed all aspects of furniture relocation, ensuring that moves were accurately detailed prior to occupancy. Jim’s expertise comprises furniture repair to complete office refurbishment and everything in between. Jim’s sterling reputation for delivery of projects on time and within budget has translated successfully to every project he manages for CRS Installations.
