Michael Varoukas founded CRS-Corporate Relocation Systems Inc. in January 2002, and developed it into one of the premier office moving firms in New York City. Michael has more than 30 years experience in the commercial office relocation and storage industry. Michael is an open-minded entrepreneur, uncovering different ways to support his partners and clients with a variety of services. His specialized knowledge base, exceptional managerial style, and hands-on approach provides invaluable assistance to all CRS clients.

Dimitri Mortsakis, Partner

Dimitri Mortsakis, Partner
Dimitri Mortsakis is a Sales and Marketing Professional, specializing in business strategy and growth. Dimitri first started in the commercial office relocation and storage industry only a few years ago, and quickly grew to be an important member to the CRS Team. With experience in the Office Furniture business, Dimitri brings the Architecture and Design Community to the table, an all-encompassing perspective for when a client is looking for or moving into a new space.

John Kolmer, Executive Director of Operations

John Kolmer, Executive Director of Operations
John Kolmer started his career as a mover/helper at a large commercial moving firm, worked his way into project management and sales, and eventually decided to take a step into ownership, founding TRS Total Relocation Systems, Inc in 2006. TRS offered a variety of relocation services to compliment any construction or relocation project. John developed a local and nationwide network of resources for every scope a client may need during a project to give the true meaning of a single source company. John decided to join the CRS team, not only because it is one of the closest moving company names to “TRS”, but the ideals John founded his company with were not so different than CRS’. John supports CRS’ continuing growth by overseeing and managing the CRS Operations Department. John uses his vast experience in the relocation industry to ensure all CRS clients continue to have a world-class and stress-free relocation experience.

Petros LaPointe, Project Manager

Petros LaPointe, Project Manager
Petros LaPointe has a heavy background in the Construction Industry and Project Management. Petros specializes in complex move projects, the repair and reconstruction of furniture, and manages some of CRS’ national projects. Petros brings a professional and hands-on approach to each project that he oversees through completion.

Billy Meyer, Project Manager
Billy Meyer started his career in 1987 as a Teamster. Since, Billy has held a variety of positions in the industry such as Carpenter/Installer, Project Manager, IT Manager, Manager Asset Manager and Warehouse Manager with some of the largest companies in the Northeast. He always welcomes a challenge and thrives on exceeding clients’ expectations. Billy holds a degree in Business Management and Information Systems, minoring in Project Management.

Nadia Rahel, Dispatch
Nadia Rahel ensures each CRS project has the work force necessary for effective and seamless completion, as detailed by CRS Project Managers.
Nadia is detailed oriented, cost conscious, and ready to adapt to a constantly changing work environment. Nadia holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Computer Science from Monroe College. With a background in Automation and IT, Nadia was able to help the company go paperless while controlling, scheduling and coordinating all labor, materials, and resources. Also, Nadia was inspired to implement a customized inventory management system that includes QR technology. Nadia is motivated by a productive work climate, individual empowerment, and a commitment to excellence.

Stephanie Sosa, Assistant to Dispatch
Stephanie Sosa assists CRS with Financial Assistance, Daily Operational Support, and Assists with Managing Workflow. Stephanie is a team player and aspiring leader, first generation Dominican-American, and a 2020 graduate with a bachelor’s education in Business Management from Berkeley College Larry L. Lewig School of Business. Stephanie is currently expanding her skillset with a spirted background in customer service, office support, non-profit data management, and educational training and coaching.
